If necessary, we can install your copy of LiveCart for you. This service is usually prefered by people who do not have similar prior experience with installing web scripts/software on remote servers and who feel safer if the installation is handled by professionals.
We always encourage to try installing by yourself. The installation process is very simple and there are detailed installation instructions available.
Our Commitment
The installation will be completed according to the best practices within 24 hours (48 hours during weekends).
The Installation Service Includes
- LiveCart package installation
- Basic configuration value adjustments (changing default design theme, setting up PayPal integration, etc.)
- Sample product database - if necessary
- For trial versions: ionCube installation
The Installation Service DOES NOT Include
- Implementation of custom design themes
- Any custom design or software adjustments
- Any custom programming
- Server software configuration or installation
Of course, you can still hire us for any kind of custom development.
Required Information
To be able to install LiveCart we will need to be able to access your server.
You should provide us with the following information:
- SSH or FTP login name and password
- MySQL database name, server, username and password
If you're not sure about these details, you can simply forward us whatever access information you have from your host (for example, cPanel access information) and we will set up everything that we need to complete the installation.
