Our refund policy is very simple:
- You can return your purchase within 30 days and we will refund your money with no questions asked;
- No refunds will be issued after the 30 days.

Refunds can be issued if work has not been started yet.
Customer support plans
Refunds can be issued if customer support responses for valid support inquiries are slowed than advertised for the particular support plan.
