Q: Is customer support available?
A: All new licenses come with either 1 month of unlimited Standard customer support or up to 10 support contacts (incidents) within the first year (your choice) - included in the license price. We also offer Priority and Express support plans, which include phone and instant message support, as well as faster guaranteed responses.
Q: How many stores can I create using the Professional Edition license?
A: One license allows to use the license for a single store on a single domain name only. To create additional stores, you would have to purchase additional licenses. There are discounts available for multi-license and repeat purchases. If all your sites are hosted on the same server, you might consider purchasing the Server Edition license, which allows to host up to 50 LiveCart installations on a single server.
Q: Do I ever have to renew the license?
A: No, the license will be active forever, it does not need to be renewed.
